The ARCS residence for visiting scholars is located on the basement level of the ARCS building at 75 Vasil Petleshkov St., 1510 Sofia, Bulgaria. Three bedrooms can house up to six scholars. Accommodations include shared bath, laundry, kitchen, dining, and lounge areas; wireless internet is available throughout the facility. The rate is $15 per person per night for individuals affiliated with an ARCS member institution and $20 per person per night for all others.
