The American Research Center in Sofia is served by a Board of Trustees exercising all powers of the corporation, including:

• Operation and maintenance of Center property;
• Investment of the Center’s endowment;
• Approval of budgets and appointments;
• General advocacy and fundraising on behalf of the Center.
