ARCS hosts a photographic exhibition, Empower the Change, organized by the AGORA Platform Association. The AGORA Platform facilitates the activities of chitalishte throughout Bulgaria. At the end of 2012 AGORA Platform hosted a day-long event, Empower the Change where representatives of chitalishte from all over Bulgaria presented reports on their events. A component of this event was a photographic exhibition, which ARCS will host Feb. 12 - March 11, 2013. Emilia Lissichkova (Chairman of AGORA) and Dara Ilieva of AGORA are the organizers.
