Bread making in Stara Zagora

Nadezhda Savova, ARCS Spring 2013 Fellow and a brand-new PhD from Princeton University, led a very interesting, fun and well-attended event in the Stara Zagora History Museum...about bread-making. The event at was attended by about 45 people, including ARCS Staff and Fellows. Nadezhda began by discussing the history of bread-making, the notion of community and the ingredients of making bread. All participants had the opportunity to knead dough and form their own bread. For details, see the blog
